Instrumental Music
In the Psalms we are admonished to praise the Lord with “the sounding of the trumpet, praise him with the harp and lyre, praise him with tambourine and dancing, praise him with the strings and flute, praise him with the clash of cymbals...” (Psalms 150:3-5). Through the Instrumental Music program of First Baptist Church you can receive a blessing as you use your gifts and talents to praise and worship the Lord.
Orchestra

The Orchestra leads worship with the Adult Choir each Sunday and participates in many other events in an effort to reach our community with the gospel. They rehearse on Wednesday nights from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. in the "Upper Room". To join, simply come to a rehearsal, complete a visitor’s information card, and talk with our Director of Instrumental Music, Mark Bennett. |
